  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for renewing domains before expiration.
  • FlyOnline Host is not responsible for domain loss resulting from missed renewals or inaccurate contact information.

6. Payment and Billing

  • All services are billed in advance.
  • Invoices must be paid by the due date.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice.
  • Taxes and applicable government charges may be added where required.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies by service:

9. Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

While FlyOnline Host may perform backups as a courtesy, we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or recovery of backup data.

10. Resource Usage

Hosting accounts must not:

  • Consume excessive server resources.
  • Affect server stability or performance.
  • Run unauthorized background processes.
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining.
  • Use hosting services primarily for file storage or distribution.

We may limit, suspend, or upgrade accounts that exceed reasonable resource allocations.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Payment remains overdue.
  • The account poses a security risk.
  • Activities negatively impact other customers or our infrastructure.

Termination does not relieve customers of outstanding payment obligations.

12. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their website content and intellectual property.

FlyOnline Host retains ownership of all software, trademarks, branding, systems, and service-related materials provided through our platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyOnline Host shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss.
  • Business interruption.
  • Lost profits or revenue.
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the preceding twelve (12) months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlyOnline Host, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
